How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kindcipe → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Kindcipe → Cancel.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. All personal data is removed and this cannot be undone.
AI generation isn’t working?
Check your connection and try again. The free plan has a monthly usage limit.
How do I share the shopping list?
Shopping list → Export/Share, then send it to your family or helper.
Which languages are supported?
Traditional Chinese, English, Filipino (Tagalog) and Bahasa Indonesia. Switch in Settings → Display language.
